Speech Mic provides cloud software that captures spoken language, produces transcripts and AI-assisted translations, generates text-to-speech audio, and can publish content to public listen pages for audiences. For speech, transcripts, translations, and other content you submit to operate a live session ("Customer Content"), you are typically the controller and Speech Mic processes that content as a service provider / processor on your instructions to provide the Service.

The Service uses automated systems, including third-party speech recognition, machine translation, and text-to-speech services, to process audio and text. Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or delayed. You are responsible for reviewing translations before relying on them. See our Terms of Service for important limitations regarding AI-generated content and professional interpretation.

Subprocessors are permitted to process data only to provide services to Speech Mic and are contractually or terms-bound to protect it. Our subprocessor list may change as we update providers; material changes will be reflected in this Policy.
If you publish a session or collection to a public listen page, content you choose to make public may be accessible to anyone with the link. You are responsible for obtaining any required notices and consents from speakers and audiences before recording, translating, publishing, or sharing speech — especially in religious, educational, medical, legal, or other sensitive settings.
Data may be processed or stored in the United States and other countries where we or our subprocessors operate. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal data, including access controls, authentication, encryption in transit, and monitoring. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Customer Content may be deleted or anonymized after account termination, subject to backup cycles, legal holds, and logs retained for security and compliance. You may request deletion as described below.
